On Sunday 1st February I went on 'On FM Radio', based in Hammersmith (101.4FM) to talk about the issue last week regarding a Pole Fitness Routine at South Devon College and Pole Fitness in general. This event is open to all those who have some pole experience from beginners to advance. Please note there will not be direct tuition but many tips and moves can be swapped!
